Santa Clarita Sister Cities engages Santa Clarita  residents in a wide variety of programs.  Whether your interests lie in economic development, youth, education, humanitarian aid, arts and culture, or international travel, Santa Clarita Sister Cities facilitates and hosts different meaningful activities.

Annual Young Artists and Authors Showcase

An opportunity for students from Santa Clarita and our Sister Cities to express their ideas of global citizenship, cross-cultural communication, and world issues through art, photography, essay/creative writing, poetry, and music.

Charity Hike

Annual fundraising event to raise awareness about Sister Cities and its local-to-global programs.

Global Collaborative Program

Opportunities for international travel and mission trips to Santa Clarita’s Sister Cities and other international destinations, including Nicaragua, India, and Japan.

Sister Schools

Collection and distribution of books and school supplies to Sister Schools in Nicaragua, Philippines, and other countries. 

Missions/Delegations

Medical and literacy missions to our Sister Cities, Nicaragua, and other countries.

Student Exchanges

Opportunities for Santa Clarita Valley students to visit India, Japan, Ecuador, the Philippines, and Nicaragua. 

Student Ambassador Program

Opportunities for Santa Clarita Valley students to represent SCV International Program and Sister Cities in both local and international forums. 

Cultural Programs

Opportunities to promote cultural awareness in Santa Clarita through cultural events and concerts.
