The Santa Clarita Sister Cities is now accepting submissions for the 2021 Young Artists and Authors Showcase. This year’s theme is “United in Hope.” Students are asked to express their ideas on how they and their community, through the lens of citizen diplomacy, stay hopeful during the pandemic and beyond.
